I am the Owner/Broker of Julia Myrick Realty. I presently reside in Weare, NH. I List and Sell properties throughout Southern New Hampshire.
I am the past 2001 New Hampshire State President for Women's Council of REALTORS and the 2002 WCR National New Hampshire Governor as well. I am an experienced agent as a Relocation Specialist and Buyers Agent. I have worked with land development and sales and presently have four Builders I work very closely with Kevin Fogarty $700,000 to well over a million. Chris Graham $300,000 to $800,000, Tim Wood our Lok-N-Log Log Home builder and Ted Reinhold who does all of our starter homes. I am married to a wonderful man Daniel and we have been together for 24 years, and one son David Allen Myrick. My interests include pool: 8-ball and 9-ball while playing for the APA and VNEA. I take great pride in my work and thoroughly enjoy it. Nothing compares to the feeling of handing someone the keys to their new home.
